Somerset County Council is making it easier to report potholes and other issues on the roads.

Report It is the council’s new interactive map which drivers can use to highlight any issues – from potholes and overgrown hedges to blown street lights and blocked drains.

Councillor David Fothergill, said: “We routinely carry out inspections of our roads to check for any problems but, with one of the largest road networks in the country, we also rely on people to keep an eye on things.”
