MOTORISTS going a bit too fast in the Worle area had better watch out as a new group has been set up to stop them in their tracks.
The North Worle Local Action Team (LAT), in conjunction with Avon and Somerset Constabulary, has started a Speedwatch campaign.
Queens Way and three other unnamed roads in the area, have been singled out for monitoring.
Several LAT members have been taught how to use the equipment but the group would like to recruit more volunteers to the cause. Training will be provided.
North Worle LAT meets on the second Monday in every month at the new reception building at Priory Community School at 7.45pm.
The next meeting is on September 10 if anyone wants to find out more about the Speedwatch group. All residents are welcome.
