A PUBLIC consultation on the £35million regeneration of Dolphin Square begins tomorrow (Fri) - and these are the designs set to be showcased.
McLaren Life is putting on displays for its proposal to knock down the square and replace it with a cinema, hotel and line-up of top-brand High Street shops.
It comes after the firm signed a deal to buy the lease to the site from North Somerset Council.
The exhibitions are the first part of a two stage process to involve the community before a planning application is submitted before Christmas.
It will display the initial design concepts and an indication of the types of uses the company is planning for the site.
Director Simon Berry said: “McLaren Life understands the importance of involving the local community in the early stages of major development plans and we hope visitors to the exhibition will be able to see the ideas we have for this important town centre site.
“All comments received over the two days will be analysed by the design team before we come back with our final proposals in December.”
The exhibitions will be held at Somerset House in Oxford Street from 11am-4pm tomorrow and 10am-3pm on Saturday.
