EXCITEMENT is building as T4 On The Beach’s tenth anniversary show draws closer.

The event, which boasts massive UK acts such as Rita Ora, The Wanted and Wretch 32, will be on Weston’s beach on Sunday and preparations are well underway.

Work has already begun on constructing the show’s stages which will see T4 presenters from the past and present, including Vernon Kay, Jameela Jamil, Nick Grimshaw, and Will Best introduce the sizzling line up.

Chart-topping artists Tulisa, Alexandra Burke, Taio Cruz and Conor Maynard will be just some of the stars appearing on the T4 main stage from 11.50am on Sunday.

The event will also see indie-rock band The Enemy, rising star boy band Lonsdale Boys Club, London solo artists Josh Osho and Esmee Denters and YouTube sensations The Midnight Beast entertaining the crowds.

With huge crowds building up to see the star-studded line-up remember these few helpful safety tips while taking part in the town’s biggest annual event:

*Traffic will be heavy on the day so allow plenty of time for your journey. Also do not choose a drop off point too close to the site as you could get caught up in congestion.

*If you are camping do not leave any valuables in your tent, and do not leave them on display in your vehicle.

*Be prepared for all weather conditions, pack some sun screen and light clothing for when it’s hot and bring some waterproofs or something warm for when it gets chilly.

*Under-age drinking is illegal and officers will seize alcohol from anyone under the age of 18. If you are over 18, excessive drinking could see you banned from the beach.

*Stay with your friends, look out for each other and pick a meeting place in case you get separated. If you are staying out in the night, do not leave each other or walk home alone.
