Success for Shipham beat surgery

THE first police community support officer s (PCSO) surgery in Shipham proved a success. Matthew Webb, who is based at Cheddar Police Station, held the surgery on September 19 in the village hall car park.

Matthew Webb, who is based at Cheddar Police Station, held the surgery on September 19 in the village hall car park.

He said: "Lots of residents came along and points were raised about how drivers react to horses in the road and the speed at which people drive through the village."
