Catherine Jewell, who runs weekly Slimming World groups at The Catholic Hall in Tweentown, met television star Ben Shepherd at an annual awards ceremony in the Midlands.
Catherine said: "Meeting Ben was a brilliant experience. He is even better looking in real life than on television and he was really impressed with the groups' achievements over the last year. New Year resolutions often crumble at the first hurdle, but making a positive lifestyle change for a healthier you in 2008 need not be too much of a struggle."
