Surprising visitors to attraction

PEOPLE visiting Cheddar Gorge next week are being challenged to identify a mystery organisation which is hosting a special event there.
The institution protects tigers in Sumatra, pygmy hippos in Sierra Leone and vultures in India, and has even gone to New Zealand to bring back a colony of bees originally found in the UK and now under threat.
It has introduced smooth snakes to Devon and protects otters on the Somerset Levels, and works all over the globe with partners in over a hundred countries.
The organisation is in fact the RSPB, and visitors will have the chance to find out the surprising work that it carries out on a local, national and international scale.
The RSPB will be at the horseshoe bend car park in the gorge from 11.30am-6pm on June 4.
