Swap your frock for charity

IT'S only 48 days until Christmas and Weston Hospicecare is helping women prepare their outfits for the festive period through a new frock swap event.
The Frock Exchange will be held at the Oak and Glass in Uphill Road North at 7pm on November 23.
People can simply turn up with a frock or smart outfit that they no longer wear and exchange it for someone else’s outfit.
Adrienne Dallimore is looking forward to the event.
She said: “The Frock Exchange is perfect, I know that my much loved frock will be going to a good home and I will be helping Weston Hospicecare to raise vital funds.”
Tickets, priced £10, include a glass of wine, canapés and a gift bag, and people have the chance of winning an outfit donated by boutique Ellis in the Making.
For a small donation Clinique staff will also be giving make-up tips and Uppercut hairdressers will be giving hair advice.
Tickets are available from the fund-raising team on 01934 423960.
