SWIMMING enthusiasts who want to pass on their skills to other people can take part in a course to become an instructor.
The intensive scheme, to be held at Churchill Sports Centre next month, is the first step in becoming a fully qualified swimming teacher.
Those attending will take part in the Amateur Swimming Assocation / UKCC level 1 teaching aquatics course.
It will take place between February 20-24 from 8.30am-5.30pm and costs £330.
As well as this, keen swimmers can take part in a RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification Course, which teaches a range of skills.
This will be held from February 16-21, also at Churchill Sports Centre, between 8.30am-6pm.
The course costs £175 and includes a course log book.
