SPANISH-style cuisine has arrived in Weston with the opening of the town's first tapas restaurant.Business partners Kerry and Tracey Kimitri have launched Pravada in the Boulevard at a cost of just under £500,000.They want to provide a mix of English, Greek, Mexican and Spanish food, served in small dishes in the tapas style in comfortable, contemporary surroundings.Above the restaurant there are also office suites for businesses who want to meet with clients over a meal. The Kimitris own and have interests in a string of businesses in the town.Kerry said: "We are trying to create somewhere where people will want to stay for the entire evening and enjoy the ambience."I think there is definitely a niche clientele in Weston who would enjoy the food and the atmosphere."Each dish will also come with a nutritional guide and the restaurant is open every day.
