Tartiflette recipe hit with judges

A CHEF from Somerset has been shortlisted in a recipe competition with his cheese-based tartiflette.
Dean Parker’s recipe is selected for the Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses ‘handmade with love’ competition.
Dean, from Axbridge made a recipe for tartiflette including butlers goosnargh gold goat’s cheese impressed judges by using British ingredients.
The winning chef out of the ten remaining recipes will be announced next month where it will be made, photographed and appear on the website and in a mini booklet.
They will also win two nights in a bed and breakfast and a years supply of Butlers Cheese.
