Vivienne Stone and Christine Balson have bought one of 28 homes at the Westcliff site in Upper Kewstoke Road.

Developer Broadway Heritage is behind the conversion of the Grade II-listed Victorian villas, which used to house Westcliff Girl's School.

Four of the homes have now been completed in High Cleve and the next five, including Vivienne and Christine's, will be ready by the summer.
