A 16-YEAR-OLD boy has been left with serious head injuries after a road collision in Wrington last night (Wed).
A 16-YEAR-OLD boy has been left with serious head injuries after a road collision in Wrington last night (Wed).
The boy was riding his bicycle along the A38 near the junction of Neats Lane when he was involved in the collision with a Volkswagen Golf car.
The incident happened at around 5.25pm and police are appealing for anyone with information to call 0845 4567000.
The boy, who is from nearby Aldwick, suffered serious head injuries as a result of the collision.
He was taken to Frenchay Hospital where he remains in a life threatening condition.
Police are particularly keen to trace a Mitsubuishi 4x4 car seen near the scene at the time of the collision.
