A Weston dog group has launched its 2019 calendar, hoping to raise vital cash for animal charities.
The Bark Side of Weston, which has more than 7,600 online members, has collated the best pictures of its pooches with all profits being handed to dog rescue charities.
Members held a competition over the past three months to submit the most adorable pictures of their pets, with the best being voted in.
Founder Martin Slade told the Mercury the group has ‘gone from strength to strength’ since forming shy of two years ago.
He said: “This year we have been supporting three amazing dog rescue charities; Dogs Friends, DAWG and the Labrador Trust and have raised more than £1000.”
The calendar, priced £10, is available from Petmainia, in Worle’s Coker Road, or from Independent Pet Co, in The Centre in Weston.
