Cooks from Absolute Taste in London, jointly owned by Vodafone McClaren Mercedes boss Ron Dennis and managing director Lyndy Redding, spent a day with cocoa expert Lisa Clarke, of The Chocolate Tart.
LisawHehH runs workshops for chocoholics from her kitchens in Kent Road, and is Lyndy's childhood friend.
The chefs were sent to the village on Tuesday as a treat for all their hard work during the year where they made Valentine's Day goodies.
The 38-year-old: "I am delighted to be able to pass on my knowledge because most chefs do not normally learn about chocolate on the job and it was nice for them to take a break away from the city."
Bristol-based herb specialist Jekka McVicar, who has recently planted a garden for TV chef Jamie Oliver, was also on hand to pass on her wisdom.
