Town centre shop to become bedsit?

PUBLISHED: 20:00 13 April 2017

A Weston-super-Mare shop which has been empty for 20 years could be turned into a bedsit, if North Somerset Council agrees to it.

Graham Moir Associates has applied to the authority to change 18 Wadham Street, Weston, into a bedsit.

Its application says the building was a shop but has been unused for decades.

It was approved to be used as housing in 2008, but that permission has expired.
