The £56,000 revamp of the Burnham Swim and Sports Academy pool in Berrow Road, which involved retiling the entire pool, is now officially complete.

Facilities at the public bath are scheduled to start with lane swimming kicking off at 6am.

The 15 schools that use the ex-council run pool will also be filing in as soon as possible.

Owners Mark Conklin and his wife Sara Cox-Conklin also plan to begin a further £300,000 extension next month.
