Thrill-seeking youngsters have been showing off their best tricks at Weston’s Tropicana this week after it was transformed into a pop-up skatepark.
Transend Skatepark will be housed in the Tropicana until tomorrow (Friday), with high-flying children enjoying the attractions medley of rails, ramps and half-pipes.
Scooters, BMX bikes and skateboards have been whizzing around the Trop, which is hosting Transend for the third time.
The event is organised by church-going skaters from across the town, with hopes of fostering a passion for skating in the town and eventually opening an indoor skate warehouse which would be open all year round.
Transend is open from 10am-8pm today and tomorrow, but booking is required if you wish to take part.
