A VOLUNTARY staff member from Weston General Hospital is appealing to find the owner of a Victorian photograph found in a donated book.

Sue Tarpey, voluntary services manager, said the book was donated to the hospital for a fundraising event.

She said: “We have had the photo on display on our information desk for about two months, but sadly have had no response from its owner.

“It really is a lovely photo and I am sure someone treasures it.”

Ms Tarpey also said the picture is a copy and imagines someone went to a lot of trouble to get it.

If its owner would like to claim back the photograph contact Ms Tarpey on 01934 647005.
