A swimming pool ‘unrelated to the Tropicana’ or a ‘Center Parcs-type development’ will not be coming to the seafront or anywhere else in Weston-super-Mare.

The prospect of Weston’s Tropicana being transformed into an ‘entertainment hub’ courtesy of a £1million investment have moved forward this week.

A charity ice skating session raised hundreds of pounds for Weston Foodbank.
