NORTH Somerset Council and developer Henry Boot have put off signing a contract to develop the Tropicana for another month.The development agreement was due to be signed this month but it has now been put off until January 16.North Somerset Council leader Alan Hockridge says he is not worried. "We are still progressing. We are in regular contact with Henry Boot. I don't think the delay is anything particularly alarmist," he said."I am confident Henry Boot is keen to move on with the development and get things moving as quickly as possible. I'm always concerned until the first brick is laid, but I'm not unduly concerned about the present position."Richard Evans, spokesman for Henry Boot, said: "January is the target date we are aiming for.
