Two Swiss members of Soroptimists International (SI), who represent the women’s group in the United Nations (UN), visited their counterparts in Weston-super-Mare.

Wilfrida Hendrickx and Sabine Kinzer, UN consultants on human rights issues, flew into Bristol for a whistle-stop tour of the South West.

They explained their UN role in Geneva outlined the importance of SI work to transform the lives of women and girls.
