A VILLAGE in North Somerset among the first to announce a voluntary ban on the use of plastic bags is to host an environmental conference.
Residents will be able to find out how they can change their lifestyles in an environmentally friendly way.
The Environmental Network of North Somerset (TENONS), unitary authority
representatives and Weston Horticultural Society members will be on hand to suggest tips to audience members.
The event will be held at the Victory Hall on March 29 from 1-3pm.
