Vehicles in one road targeted

VEHICLES in a Clevedon road have been broken in to or damaged in three separate incidents over the weekend.

VEHICLES in a Clevedon road have been broken in to or damaged in three separate incidents over the weekend.

Sometime between Saturday at 11am and Sunday at 6pm, an Iveco lorry was broken into by thieves who took a TV, DVD player and sat nav out of the centre console worth about £1,200. A laptop was also stolen.

In another incident, another lorry was broken into, fuel was siphoned from the tank before the fuel pipes were cut.

This happened sometime between 4pm on Friday and 9am Saturday.

Between Saturday at 1pm and Monday at 8.30am, it is believed someone gained entry to a business in the road before getting into several vehicles at the site.

Nothing was stolen but one car, a Noble sports car, was left with a damaged bumper.
