CROWDS gathered in a Somerset hall this week to celebrate the re-opening of the village facility.
Residents in East Brent went along to the village hall to see district dignitaries and youngsters officially open the facility after maintenance work was carried out.
More than 20 people turned out to the unveiling and celebrations, which included tea, coffee and cakes.
The newly refurbished hall was open by preschool pupils Lily, aged four and two-year-old Christopher along with Sedgemoor district councillor Dennis Davey, hall chairman Hugh MacKay and preschool worker Janet Nurse.
