n HOME-MADE cakes, hams and hungry residents were all present at the East Huntspill Harvest Home.

Carvers Rob and Gary Wall provided some fresh-cut meats for the long tables, all of which were crowded with people of all ages who attended the event.

The crowds were kept happy as children served up trifle for dessert.

Harvest home chairman Noel Lukins said the celebration raised £1,000 for the event’s chosen charity, St Margaret’s Hospice.
