The facility in Feniton off Clovelly Road, has made it through to the next stages of the National Lottery's People's Millions and could be up for a cash injection of £80,000.
The centre's workers and volunteers want to build a community room and cycle safety workshop at the rear of the building but they need more money to achieve their goal.
