NORTH Somerset residents are being encouraged to put on their walking boots and join in an initiative to improve their fitness.
A series of autumn health walks have been organised by North Somerset Council for those wanting to take more exercise in a friendly environment.
The following walks will all take place on Mondays at 2pm.
October 8 - Sandpoint National Trust car park
October 15 - Ashcombe Park Cafe
October 22 - Hutton Village Hall
October 29 - Bleadon Village Hall
November 5 - Argos car park, Worle
November 12 - Winscombe, in the car park behind the Woodborough Arms Pub
November 19 - Clarence Park Cafe, Weston
November 26 - Matalan car park, Weston village
December 3 - Kewstoke Village Hall
December 10 - Uphill Way Car Park
December 17 - Prince Consort Gardens, Weston
