RESIDENTS and councillors want Wedmore off the map - in a bid to stop lorries driving through the tranquil village.
The parish council is working with Somerset highways to try to get the village taken off Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) satellite navigation systems.
Speaking at a parish council meeting, chairman John Sanderson said: "Hopefully hauliers will be able to re-map their satellite navigation systems so the lorries don't cut through Wedmore."
