Shetland ponies and micro pigs made for an unusual sight in Weston-super-Mare's high street this week - with more family events to follow today (Thursday) and tomorrow.
The animals, which also included chickens and goats, were in the Italian Gardens for children to meet and stroke.
The event was held as part of Weston Business Improvement District’s (BID) half-term holiday activity programme.
The animals greeted children on both Monday and Wednesday and the fun continues throughout this week.
An interactive circus workshop will take place in Big Lamp Corner today (Thursday) from noon to 4pm.
Uncle Doom will play his organ of doom in High Street tomorrow, with a spooky musical treat ahead of Halloween.
He will perform from noon to 4pm.
There will also be a chance to be creative and make pumpkin and wizard crafts in the Italian Gardens from noon to 4pm.
Also tomorrow, a cats choir will perform in Big Lamp Corner and tell creepy stories from noon to 4pm.
