Members of Locking Castle Church and Woodspring Community Church in Locking Castle were trained by charity Christians Against Poverty to offer a CAP Money course. It will teach people how to track their household income and take control of their expenditure. CAP spokesman Emily Cumberbatch said: With households feeling the squeeze on their disposable income, weve all got to get a bit more savvy about our money to get through these tough times. If you know how to save and budget effectively, it can have a hugely positive impact on the whole family. The first course takes place in Meeting room 1, Locking Castle Church, Locking Castle, Bransby Way, at 10am on January 21. To book a place on the course, call 01934 519888.
