THE dust may have settled on another Premier League season and Wembley Way cleared after the FA Cup final, but the dreams of young Weston footballers burned bright over half-term.
More than 40 boys and girls enjoyed sessions at Weston Football Club, run by the Sports Active Seagulls Community Trust.
A colourful array of Manchester United, Arsenal, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Liverpool shirts were all on view as the youngsters showed off their talents to impressed coaches.
The players were put through their paces with a number of skills tests but there was time for some practise matches too.
They were all presented with a medal and certificate at the football stadium.
