Take a look at some of the brilliant pictures our Mercury readers have sent us this week through iwitness24 - our image-sharing website.

We also saw a number of images submitted to the Birnbeck Regeneration Trust calendar competition - ‘Somerset At Its Finest’. The contest has now closed and we’ve seen a record amount of pictures sent in from across the county. From Monday September 18 The public will be able to vote for their 12 favourite images - find out more here.

If you would like to send in your pictures to the Mercury then visit www.iwitness24.co.uk - you could see your photos used in print/online across our news titles.

He likes to wake me up at 6.00am every morning for food and head butts me in the middle of the night - Fatty this one's for you.
