WESTON'S MP John Penrose is ranked middle in a league table detailing the expenses of those at Westminster.The House of Commons fees office table of Parliamentary allowance expenditure show how much MP's spend annually while running their offices representing their constituencies.Mr Penrose's spent £137,195 in 2006-7 and was ranked 336 out of 646 MPs, compared to last year's spend of £110,274.His expenses include renting a flat near Westminster, employing three staff and renting equipment and office supplies at his constituency office at Weston's Conservative Club.
