Weston-super-Mare highest for complaints

Consumers from Weston-super-Mare have made more complaints than anywhere else in Somerset in 2016, according to figures from Ombudsman Services.
Weston’s complainants scooped £24,742 from 128 complaints.
Lewis Shand Smith of Ombudsman Services said: “It’s important that residents in Somerset know their consumer rights and don’t put up with bad service.”
