The management team at a Weston residential home has spoken of its ‘pride’ after its latest inspection.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) visited Clevedon Court Residential Home, in Clevedon Road, in March and has rated the service good in its published report.
The home, which provides care for people with learning disabilities or autism, was awarded the rating in all five key service areas.
The report praised the ‘personalised service’ given to residents and the ‘accessible and approachable’ nature of the manager.
However, the report also recommended records are reviewed to ‘ensure they are accurate, complete and up to date.”
A joint statement from registered manager Jacqueline Kendrick and deputy manager Sally Larson said: “As a team we are very proud of the excellent care and support we give to our residents.
“We pride ourselves on our training ethos and dedication to our work being able to support people to socialise and be part of the community.”
