The iwitness site has been awash with uploads of late, and the quality of images is getting better and better.

Weston-super-Mare’s keen photographers have been taking some excellent images of creatures big and small.

Martin Pearce took a beautiful picture of a robin in Worlebury, and Vultur Sebastian timed his shot perfectly to get a stunning picture of an imposing-looking seagull under heavy skies on Weston beach.

Roger Fry has had a string of excellent uploads of late, and he was up early once again to capture his gorgeous golden retriever Rosie enjoying the early morning sunshine in Uphill.

Sally Griffiths made excellent use of her zoom to take a brilliant close up of a bee feasting on the nectar of a blooming wild flower, while Mark Brinson captured great detail in his picture of a butterfly.
