An exciting programme of events is planned for Weston-super-Mare's Tropicana in 2017.

North Somerset Council has teamed up with an arts charity to continue offering top-quality shows at Weston’s Tropicana this year.

The seafront venue will be home to a range of performances thanks to the council’s link with Theatre Orchard.

The first of these will be Nzingabeth! Or When Ana Met Virginia, which will be performed on March 11.

The Trop will also feature an exciting mix of other events, including both the Weston super Food Festival, on September 16-17, and the new Weston super Christmas Food Festival on November 25-26. The Reaper Bar will continue to host regular live music nights, while the Funland attraction will return during the summer holidays.
