Town centre cordoned off due to broken glass and debris

Debris and glass has been strewn across two streets in Weston town centre this morning (Thursday).
Police have cordoned off a large section of Regent Street and High Street while they deal with the incident.
A spokesman for Avon and Somerset police said: “Officers attended the area just after 7am this morning following concerns for a man’s welfare.
“He is now in the care of the ambulance service and is being assessed for any injuries.”
