A Weston-super-Mare-based youth outreach programme which hopes to improve children's self-esteem and promote healthy relationships needs community support to win vital funding.

Revealed Projects, which is based at Holy Trinity Church, is hoping to net a share of the Aviva Community Fund, which offers grants of up to £25,000.

The programme was launched in 2016, is calling on Westonians to vote for the scheme in the Aviva competition to ensure it can continue to support the town’s youngsters.

Project manager, Adele Sutton, said: “It has long been a passion of mine to help young people realise their self-worth and develop skills to build healthy relationships, so having the opportunity to set up Revealed Projects in the community in which I grew up is a real honour.”

To vote, visit www.avivacommunityfund.co.uk/voting/project/view/17-6560 by noon on Tuesday.
