A fitness trainer is giving away free personal training sessions to three lucky Weston Mercury readers.
Toogoods Fitness is celebrating its first anniversary this year, and to mark the occasion owner Kelly Toogood has teamed up with the Mercury to offer three fantastic prizes.
The personal training sessions are open to women aged over 18 of any fitness level.
Kelly, who runs the Toogood Fitness Studio in Weston, offers boxfit bootcamps, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and one-to-one sessions.
She said: “2017 was a fantastic year for Toogoods Fitness. We are continually building a community in which women come together to give endless support, motivation, inspiration and encouragement to one another in their fitness and fat loss journeys.
“A place where women can feel comfortable, become the healthiest, fittest, strongest, more confident versions of themselves and most importantly fall in love with fitness, a healthier lifestyle and finding that life balance.
“At Toogoods Fitness we offer personal training – I work with women on a one-to-one basis, with people of all ages and fitness levels. Together we work on your fitness and fat loss goals and I’ll also teach you how to truly nourish your body.
“I run boxfit bootcamps which are 60-minute, high energy, heart-pumping boxing classes mixed with body weight exercises.
“This is the perfect combination to relieve stress, increase fitness and work your entire body.
“The high intensity interval training (HIIT) is a 45-minute class that involves intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods keeping your heart pumping and burning body fat. It involves battle ropes, kettlebells, TRX cables, tyres, boxes, balls and much more.
“To celebrate the one year anniversary of the Toogoods Fitness studio, I’m giving away three free personal training sessions.”
The training sessions are worth £25 each.
