I WANNA be like you-hoo-hoo...More than 150 children from across the area attended auditions for the Bruce James production of The Jungle Book.During the informal fun-filled sessions, youngsters aged between eight and 16 were split into groups before completing a series of tasks including singing and dancing.After more than three hours, the final selection was made with 14 youngsters chosen to perform alongside Mowgli the man cub, Baloo the bear, Bagheera the panther and all the other well-known jungle characters on stage.Producer Bruce James said: "The auditions went very well and the standard was very high, making the final selection extremely difficult.
