GET your objections in now - that is the message from protest group kNOll to Wind Farm.The action group says people need to object to Sedgemoor District Council to help defeat plans for massive turbines between Brent Knoll and Burnham.The council has already received 202 letters and three petitions opposed to the planning application from green power firm Ecotricity. There have been 15 letters of support.There is no official deadline for letters, although the authority has called a special meeting some time in August to decide the application. There is a chance the application could go to a higher planning authority if it goes against Sedgemoor's development plan.KNOll to Wind Farm says there are several valid grounds to object including environmental, access, economic and health and safety reasons.
