Woman hurt after crash

PARAMEDICS were called after a woman in her 60s was involved in a two-car collision in North Somerset.

The incident was reported at about 12.30pm at the junction of the A38 Bristol Road between Churchill and Langford and Ladymead Lane.

The woman was checked by ambulance crews on the scene after complaining of head and neck pain, but was not taken to hospital, according to the South Western Ambulance Service.
