Work at road junction to start

IMPROVEMENTS to a Worle road junction are due to start this week.

IMPROVEMENTS to a Worle road junction are due to start this week.

Highways bosses are installing dropped kerb and improved pedestrian crossing facilities on the corner of the High Street and New Bristol Road.

A 140m cycle track is also being put in around the junction and drainage is being enhanced as part of the £50,000 work by North Somerset Council.

It is set to start on Monday and is expected to last two weeks.
