EGYPTIAN artefacts collected by a Worle teenager are now on display at a museum in the town.
Mercedes Grimsby has lent the collection to the museum until the end of February to allow visitors to learn more about the ancient Pharaohs.
The 13-year-old has been gathering up Egyptian objects, including figurines, pictures and books, since she was four.
Mercedes said: "The main reason I got into this was because I watched a film called The Mummy and from then on I wanted to become an archaeologist."
The museum, in Burlington Street, is open from 10am-4.30pm, Monday-Saturday.
