A THREE-DAY history exhibition detailing Worle's past will be held in October.

Worle History Society will be showing off its research at the exhibition next month.

There will be more than 30 display boards, 50 files with census data, school photographs, carnivals, images of pubs and clubs and more on offer.

The exhibition will take place at Worle Library, in The Maltings, from October 15-17.

It will be open from 9.30am-5.30pm on October 15 and from 10am-6pm on October 16.

On October 17 there will be two sessions, the first will run from 9.20am-12.30pm and the second from 1.30-4pm.

There will also be lots of photographs comparing Worle through time to photographs of the area now as well as a picture slideshow, with 84 images of the area, and a churchyard database.
