The event was organised by Worle History Society and ran from Thursday until Saturday.

There were more than 30 display boards showing off the history of the area’s schools, businesses, roads and houses as well as 50 files of census data.

People enjoyed looking at school photographs, pictures of carnivals throughout the years, and images of pubs and clubs.

Comparisons of Worle’s streets now with 10, 50 or even 100 years ago were on offer, alongside information on how the area was affected by World War One and World War Two.

This year’s exhibition also included a picture show with more than 84 images of old Worle.
