MORE than 40 junior doctors have started working at Weston General Hospital this month.
Changeover day, which was on August 6, sees newly-qualified medics start working at hospitals across the country under tutelage of more senior staff.
Nick Wood, Weston Area Health NHS Trust’s chief executive, welcomed the 43 new recruits.
He said: “I hope they have an enjoyable, instructive and rewarding stay and we look forward to working with them, caring for the community across North Somerset.”
