YOUNGSTERS in Cheddar had a splashing time when they paid a trip to a fire station.
Somerset children who attend the youth drop-in sessions run by the Local Action Team (LAT) were taken along to Cheddar Fire Station in The Hayes to learn all about the work of a firefighter. LAT chairman Jill Male escorted the children along with police community support officer Matthew Webb.
Youth drop-in sessions are held on Tuesday nights at the Methodist church hall in Cliff Street.
